1. General rules
(1) this regulation is applicable to the sealing waterproof engineering of civil structure roof and metal panel which adopts zhonghao butyl adhesive tape as supporting materials such as waterproof coiled material bonding, metal pressing plate bonding and PC plate bonding.
(2) When designing or using adhesive tape, it should be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations or with reference to the use standard of Zhonghao butyl adhesive tape.
2. General provisions
(1) Construction shall be carried out in the temperature range of-15 C-45 C (corresponding measures shall be taken when the specified temperature range is exceeded)
(2) The surface of the base must be cleaned or wiped clean, and kept dry without aggradation and oil pollution.
(3) Within 24 hours after the construction, the bond shall not be torn or peeled off.
(4) According to the actual engineering needs, choose different models and sizes of the Baihao butyl tape.
(5) Place boxes about 10cm from the ground, and do not stack more than 5 boxes.

Cleaning tools, scissors, hammer, wallpaper knife, etc.
4. Use requirements
(1) The bonding base surface is clean and free of oily grey water and water vapor.
(2) In order to ensure that the base surface temperature of the bonding strength is above 5 C, special low-temperature environment can be specially produced.
(3) When in use, the adhesive tape paper can be used only after being turned off once.
(4) Do not use it with waterproof materials containing organic substances such as stupid, methyl stupid, methanol, ethylene and silica gel.
5. Process characteristics
(1) the construction is convenient and fast. The construction with Zhonghao butyl tape should be bonded in place at one time, and the surface of the base layer should be clean.
(2) The construction environment is wide. The environment temperature is-15 C—45 C, and the humidity is below 80°C, so the construction can be carried out normally, and it has strong environmental adaptability.
(3) The repair process is simple and reliable. Just use Zhonghao single-sided butyl adhesive tape at the big leaking part.
